Head Quality
– Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations: The Head Quality will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality procedures and processes to guarantee the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
– Lead quality control processes to monitor and evaluate product quality: The candidate will oversee quality testing procedures and ensure that all products meet the organization’s quality standards before reaching customers.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality engineering processes: The Head Quality will work closely with various departments, such as production and engineering, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall product quality.

Required Skills and Expectations:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or a related field.
