Finance Analyst
Experience: 23 years (Immediate joiners preferred)
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (CA Inter, CMA, BCom, MCom, MBA)
manufacturing sector, possessing advanced MS Excel skills and hands-on experience in MIS reporting. The candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, contributing to the optimization of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare and present accurate financial reports and dashboards, ensuring timely and insightful information for decision-making.
Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to improve financial performance.
Cost Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs, including direct and indirect expenses, to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts, aligning financial goals with business objectives.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including macros, pivot tables, and data analysis). Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance or related fields. CA Inter, CMA, BCom, MCom, or MBA candidates are preferred.
Experience: 23 years in financial analysis within the manufacturing sector. Immediate joiners are preferred.
