IPO Management: Lead and manage all aspects of IPO processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and smooth execution.

Accounting & Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Accounts, Finance, and Taxation departments to ensure smooth functioning.

Annual Accounts & Audits: Finalize annual accounts and coordinate with auditors for timely completion of statutory audits, internal audits, and departmental audits.

Fund Management: Monitor fund flows and ensure timely payment of statutory dues, vendors, and contractors.

Budgeting & Financial Analysis: Prepare annual budgets, projected P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Variance Analysis: Generate monthly comparative statements between budgeted and actual figures, analyze reasons for variances, and implement remedial actions.

MIS Reporting: Provide management with MIS reports on overdue payments, expense trends, production yields, collections, and debtor status.

Debtor & Creditor Management: Monitor receivables and payables, reconcile accounts, and resolve queries efficiently.

Banking & Finance Monitoring: Oversee banking functions and analyze EPC, PCFC, CC limits, project loans (LAP), stock statements, BRC, bill receivables, LCDB, APF, housing loans, trade finance, factoring, LC discounting, and bill discounting.

Project Loan & RERA Compliance: Monitor project loans, prepare quarterly statements, and ensure compliance with all statutory and RERA requirements.
Taxation

Income Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all provisions of the Income Tax Act, including TDS, TDS returns, filing of income tax returns, issuance of TDS certificates, and other statutory requirements.

GST Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns, conduct GST audits, and handle GST notices with appropriate responses.

Tax Authority Interactions: Manage income tax scrutiny, notices, searches, benami cases, service tax searches, and TDS surveys, coordinating with tax authorities for resolution.

Statutory Compliance: Apply relevant provisions of statutes, regulations, and institute pronouncements to ensure industry-specific compliance.

Excise & Customs: Comply with requirements of GST, Central Excise, and Customs, including filing of returns and maintenance of registers.

RERA Compliance: Handle RERA notices and coordinate with consultants for timely responses.
